I’m not just one thing. None of us are. And when you start to break down some of [the disparities], it becomes really obvious that we’re not always accepted in certain spaces because the scene is built for a certain type of person. And if you don’t fit into that, then it can be harder to find places. Which is one of the reasons I love coming to Flamingos. It’s a really open, accessible space for many different reasons.
